OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We have two levels of recruitment; management trainees and experienced hires. The requirements and processes for recruitment into these two levels are different.
Management trainees are recruited through our regular graduate recruitment programme. Antefre Group provides a platform for young and intelligent graduates of tertiary institutions to hone their business management skills by providing them with comprehensive and robust training in business management principles. Successful candidates then join the Antefre Group’s unit companies operating across key sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Where vacancies exist, they are advertised in newspapers and or our website. Qualified applicants are invited for test, interview or both. Successful applicants are placed based on experience and other qualifications.
